Took the GRE exam this morning... ick...

Completely stupid that we need to take this test as part of the entrance to graduate school.

Totally weighted as discriminatory against the poor. The rich can take it as many times as they like, they can afford it. The poor may only be able to take it once if that...

Plus... like my damned 3,9GPA isn't good enough, I have worked my ass off for these years I have been in school full-time and my GPA still isn't good enough for grad schools.

The problem is...

The system got sucked in to a clever marketing campaign by the ETS.org folks who sponsor the GRE exam. It costs $140 every time you take it, and I was not impressed by what the questions were asking me.

Totally crap.

So... any folks actually LIKE the GRE?

What are your opinions about it...

i passed the GED
that was good enough for me

Another year like this and I may consider it. Just for something to give me a little more purpose and direction in life.
