I have always said that if couples don't argue, then one of them (or both) are just making themselves miserable. See, if you have an issue with your spouse, bf/gf, then you bring it to their attention. It might lead to an argument and you both will probably laugh at how silly some of the arguments are, but I honestly feel it is healthy for a relationship. I mean, how are you going to learn what is bothering the other if you do not talk or argue about it?
And....again...the makeup sex is just AWESOME!!!!

Sure it is possible anything is possible if two people have the same outlook and both put in their 100%. There might be some disagreements but those can be worked through. They are both very mild mannered people, he is an accountant and she is a teacher. IDK, I have to have passion, I don't think you can go through life without one fight and still have passion. Maybe I'm wrong, wouldn't be the first time, and won't be the last. |

Yep it is possible.....some people are actually mature and can talk through things.... You're not talking about you right? ha ha yea your a funny one.....and yep 29 years and maybe 15 fights...and yea talked about it then had radical makeup sex. But in the last 16 years with kids....nope talk calm and rational don't like to expose kids to nasty and if one person doesn't get bent then ya can't have a drag out nasty fight...now can ya. |

i was friends, then dated, my ex for over 10 years and never had an argument. then we got married and our entire marriage was a fight |

You can have a civilized arguement behind closed doors without raised voices when there are children in the house. It doesn't have to be WW3. When I was still with my ex and my daughter was a toddler, we tabled arguements until she was in bed. Then we had them. Goof- Mark it in your calendar.... It's not often, but yes I can be wrong, call Andy while you're at it he'll be pleased to know I can admit when I'm wrong. paper- Marriage is the perfect way to ruin a relationship.

I spent some time this weekend with my friends who have been dating for two+ years and have recently moved in together. They told me they NEVER have had a fight, that they have gotten snippy with each other, but they have never had a fight. Do you think this is possible?  I think it's boring .. LMAO. Make up sex is awesome

I guess it would depend on your definition of a fight? To some people, a fight would constitute any kind of disagreement. To others, it would only consist of a knock-down, drag out, throwing things at each other kind of thing.
I don't believe anyone can have a relationship with anyone without some kind of disagreement somewhere along the line. If that's the case, one or both of them are most likely being dishonest about a lot of things. But, yeah, it's possible they've never had a knock-down drag out. There are people who can disagree, discuss it, come to a resolution and move on. |
