Love is..... Knowing that this other person is part of your mind and heart, without ever, knowingly, letting them in. That for some reason, they are the first person you think about in the mornings, during the days when something happens, and the last thought on your mind before you fall asleep at night. Love is wanting them to do better in life and trying to help make that come true, even if it means making things a little harder for yourself. Wanting them to be happy and safe and secure in all they do in life. And being by their side to support them when they need you, as they are there for you. Love is staying up all night and missing work because you are worried about them driving all night to get to a family member's home....(lol)
