That all depends on in what water they're caught in? Catfish...Farm raised,corn meal batter,or tampra. Ocean fish,i perfer flounder,grouper. Blackened is the best way to go with any fish, Swordfish or tuna is great Perch,an crappie are great also

Crab is good stuffed, Snow crab,King crab... Walleye,going to be tiring the cheek meat soon i hope,i heard it was very good. Fish,an shellfish is all good,where you catch it,an also the way it is cooked.

Ive never tried the cheek meet on any fish. Always seemed like too much work to get such a small morsel of fish. But I've heard that it's good. I like catfish, breaded and fried. But I've been hungry for lobster lately, and the grocery store here very rarely has it. I like "surf-n-turf".

Every year for the ****ens Village Festival here in Garrison, ND, the fire dept. sells pickled Walleye. It's very good.
