Why or why not? I say it doesn't...

You said no, but you didn't say why not.

Which religion?
Some do, some don't. |

In general, I mean. I say no because all people live and die and are in this respect equal before God.

what God does and what religions do are two different things.

Well, a true religion is one belief system or set of related belief systems (like Abrahamic faiths) which one believes to be true to the exclusion of all others.

Well, a true religion is one belief system or set of related belief systems (like Abrahamic faiths) which one believes to be true to the exclusion of all others. Well, the Old Testament, the Torah, and the Quran were all written by male-chauvinistic authors. Even Eve was created as an after thought as a helpmeet for Adam. Women are definitely second-class citizens in the Abrahamic faiths. No question about it. I think a person would really need to be in denial to try to claim otherwise. |

It's pretty sad when a relationship needs to be a competition. |

Why or why not? I say it doesn't... I guess if you say it doesn't than you are advocating the the treatment of women as not only the weaker sexand second hand citizens but also the gender of temptation and misleading as in the Adam and Eve story. Women have been painted in most modern religions as the evil temptress who misleads man from his honorable duties and such |
