oh, bees wax I see three separate Q’s there……me anal? no not … well a bit. Here’s answer one. There’s this “golden rule” - to treat others as You would like to be treated. I find that a bit misguided cause it doesn’t take into account things like cultural differences. If I treat someone like I want to be treated, that could be totally offensive to them. I reword that a bit by treating others how they want to be treated.

I guess I see this as 3 questions - (1) I try to treat everyone well, the way I would like to be treated, during my good times and bad. (2) I am happier with myself inside than I have been in many years right now. (3) I have spent years hiding behind a wall, but am working at knocking it down, it is not totally gone, but getting there. So, sorry for the long answer to your short question.
