Dear Diary; I HATE MY INTERNET PROVIDER! It has cut out every 20 seconds tonight, which makes it impossible to do anything. I've reset the modem and the router, and called tech support, but i got an over seas phone operator named bob who is just reading a FAQ manual. If i see a Windstream van tomorrow i'm pulling out the driver and demand to know where his boss is, then i will locate the boss and shove my foot up his ass
