Hose down the roof to pour water on until it is easy to locate the leaks. Patch with BlackJack roof patch. Of course, if the roof is very old, weathered by several really cold seasons, the landlord walking on the roof may have opened up or caused cracking where there weren't leaks before. Never walk on a cold roof. If tarpaper or tar shingles are frozen underneath, water the roof down to warm stuff up to 45-50 degrees before walking on it.

dd, there is an air show, here and the jets are loud, rattling the window of my house.....i live 5 miles away from the tarmac......Well at least it is drowning out the sounds of the fukcing leaf blowers.....there is nothing more futile than a leaf blower..
