Topic: A New Earth

so, its 7am and Ive been up for 3 hours with a migrain headache--so Im listening to 'A New Earth' on CD by Ekhart Tolle, but its a bit too deep and my brain dosent want to think atm (but so far the 1st CD is interesting)

I've tried all kinds of remedies for Migraines. One thing that does seem to help me (at least a little) is taking Ibuprofen and a hot shower.

When I get them I drink Gateraid, It really works, don't know why but it does. Good luck with that headache.

I have the book!!! The beginning is very long.....it makes you think and you may even have to re read it to really understand what he is saying.....but there are parts in there that are like a huge awakening......lighbulb moment time!!

I have suffered from migraines since I was 13. When I get them they last for about 4 days. I am bed ridden. No light, sound, smells. I have to be cold, like freezing cold. Usually end up in E.R. with a shot. I have tried everything and every doctor. Now my 15 year old daughter has them as bad as I do. I hope your headache gets better.

Best results I ever got was with Feverfew, an herb. Take daily to prevent migraines. Even the cheap generic store brand worked good for me.
