Purchasing a bungalow in NE missouri and looking for a General Contractor that will cut me some slack when I pitch in and take control of certain tasks.
Have to re-wire the entire house (it's small) and move the water heater to the basement, but the cosmetic things I can certainly tackle, such as flooring, lighting installation, appliance and fixture replacement. Anyone willing to work with me?

Just hire someone to do what you need. dont tell them you want a floor.Good luck, I just bought a foreclosed three unit thats a mess.
