I am 6f weigh 186 pounds.last time I lifted any weights was in school,I was up to 275,but thats been a long while back,I am looking ot getting back into the gym |

the gym, is always a good place to get yourself back in shape. Oh, its true about myself; except, i can not lift as much as i used to--when i was in my thirties.--

yep,just havent had the time to go.
back in school I was actaully in real good shape,was on track for 4 years,but havent been in school for a while.so I cant lift as much as I used to either.but I aint to worried about it. but yes the gym is always a good place to get back in shape |
