Best bet is to install a tv tuner card and plug your cable into it. They
have tuner cards available that have built in video recording features that will allow you to record your show to your hard drive if you want but alas the cards are not free. |

True that the cards are not free, but it comes with TV software. How
ever they are pretty cheap. I use mine to pause and record live TV. However, there are a number of 'TV' sites on the net. All you have to have for these are a flash player. |
