you get married and everyone involved seems rational and intelligent. Then when you get divorced they lose their minds with demands? What happens in that time? I grew up in my marriage, he grew small and petty....

I've never been married. Engaged but never actually took the plunge. I'm still crazy and demanding at times...lol! But usually just sweet. :)

I grew up in my marriage, he grew small and petty.... Mine was the other way around. Everybody was fine UNTIL I got married, than it all went to hell. Divorce was liberating, although it took way too long.

I think we all just get so comfortable and then when things change...sht hits the fan...and it helps that the other one has become accustomed as to how to push those buttons

I really liked being married..... yes the divorce sucked, but I wont let that hold me back.....
