Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground hamburger 1/2 pound sausage (I use either sage or hot sausage but you can use any) 1-2 eggs 1 medium onion 2-3 slices of celery 1 medium sweet pepper (jalepeno for spanish) 1/4 to 2/3 cup soy sauce fennel sage oregano garlic store bought steak seasoning thyme 1/2 a bag (from a four in one box) of crackers mix and bake like normal |

fennel is an italion seasoning. It is a little, green, hard sead
(almost like sesame) and you usually grind it. I dont bother with the grinding, however grinding will make it go a lot further. |
