well,, since most of us are 10 or more years older than you,, what do you expect? i dont know, in my perspective i dont think age should be an issue in most cases if the two people feel all that strong about one another... but maybe that's just me and my new generation ways... silly kids Awe, I thought that too when I was 20... It's ok. |

I am 46 he is 33...am I crazy or what... If you are, I am, I'm 41, he's 29. I don't think I'm crazy. Actually, it's the best relationship I've ever had

But aren't you afraid that one day..he'll want to have children, then off he goes finding a younger S/O? I am personally done having children, mine are grown.. if I find someone that has children, not a problem. |

Jules, I dated someone a few years back that was 22 and before it got serious I broke it off, thinking he would want to have kids and all of that. He now dates a woman who is unable to have children... Although alot want them, not all do, or some are willing to compromise. Just my .02 cents. |

And, to take this one step further, there are no guarantees in anything in life. It might not be the children issue that makes your relationship not work, it could be any number of issues that have nothing to do with kids.
If you like this guy and can put aside the age thing, then go with it and see what happens. But, if you can't get past the age, then it's not fair to either one of you to pursue anything.

And it doesn't have to be the first day, might be too early for some, but as soon as you think the relationship has potential, it's probably best to have it sooner than later. |

Mid 30's & younger, are nice arm candy; but I find I relate best to 40's & on up.
Life styles have to be compatible, that is the most inportant thing for me. If that clicks than age really wouldn't matter. |

I've only dated younger for the past 5 years and I just make sure they aren't wanting more kids .. no can do. lol Dating younger for many women rocks, and certainly does for them. We are awesome !!

Not just the kids issue either. Heck women always worry a younger guy will look for someone else when you age, but who know how long anyone is blessed to be on this earth. Live in the moment! I never really thought about dating someone alot younger than me (which I am now) or someone 10 or more years older than me (which, if I was single their are some gals on here that fit this title who I just might would ask out). I believe my perception changed on this cause of talking to these ladies and seeing how young and vibrant (at heart) they are. For the younger ladies, it is a maturity issue. If they do things that show me that while young at heart, they also have a brain, then I will date them. So I guess to sum this up.....Goof will date anyone.

Ya no one ever guesses .. my kids always make me do the contest at amusement parks where they have to guess your age, cuz they are always off by 10-15 years ..
