1. V-8 2. Sweat pants 3. Silence Silence....ahhhhhhhhh. We had the power go out for a few hours the other day. After while, I ran down and got ice just in case and THEN I just sat and read a book relishing the absence of noise. It's amazing how much even your fridge and stuff puts out.
