Just as you were starting to think things could get no worse, What with Crooked Banksters,a Sold out Senate and Congress,a Lame Duck President not to mention 174 WARs in all the Wrong Places, that we may not win and The $700 Billion Down Payment on the $4.5 Trillion Wall Street Bailout... Might all this place The USA at a point somewhere past Broke ??? Well, that was just the Tip of The Iceburg, Icing on The Cake so to speak... Remember Costco,Harbor Frieght all Those Big Box Stores,to sell us all that Chinese JUNK FOR CHEAP PRICES, and all those Great Loans on everything that Money Could Buy and by Not Buying American, we made our factories and jobs GO AWAY forever... Not being understood by The American People is that China is Now the holder of $14,Trillion of United States Debt backed by the Homes and property of tens of Millions of Amricans... So, In rapid response to Chinas demand for access to their American Properties, to protect their investments... The U.S. Government is enacting a New Law titled The ( Emergancy Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 ), and in section 101 paragraph 7:3 states that The China Development Bank, has the powers to evict Americans from Their Homes and other Property by Chinese Policing Authorities... Can you say, TROJEN HORSE ??? My question is HOW WILL THIS PLAY OUT, when The Chinese Police try to evict Joe Redneck, A Klan Member, or The Arien Nation,The Hells Anges,La Casa De La Rasa, or The Crips Clubhouse, anyone Remember The ALAMO ???

Bush has been borrowing like mad from the Chinese (to their delight) for many years now. But hey, tax cuts right? (not that the average American received a tax cut) I mean its not like being in debt to China is any thing real right? It's amazing people are just now noticing this. Maybe they weren't noticing because they share the blame. Maybe it's because they were too busy buying cheap crap from Wal-Mart made in China. You all elected him and flocked to Wal-Mart. Grats you! Maybe on the next trip to Wal-Mart you can apologize to your kids after telling them how much they will be paying for this. McCain promises more of the same.

I don't know how many of you remember Viet Nam. The Chinese Military are hard core trained for most of their lives. They know how to survive in most any conditions. They would think nothing of lining a million plus troops along any boarder with intent of invasion, should there be any resistance to homes and properties seized. By contract and Law, our government would be obliged to render Gov. services as well

Since 2008, elite Chinese investors have been buying up foreclosures. The US won't necessarily have to be taken by force. Money talks, BS walks. Jurisdiction! The Us gov might evict someone on behalf of a Chinese home owner but the Chinese police cant, nor would they be allowed to try. Do you really believe the US would allow them to? NOT!!!

I believe the Gov. would be under obligation to assist them with their legal right to evict. It was our elected officials who made the contract. Evictions are so easy. The Chinese cop, plain-clothed, and the Sheriff with papers, is all it takes. No big production, no big scene. Who's gonna' care or even notice one or two more empty homes on a block? Evictions don't make the news.

Fanta...I would like to say this is the United States of America...it won't happen... Read the legislation and tell me it is beyond the pale? Is it unthinkable to citizens who respect the Constitution? Sure... But then again so were things like warrant less search and seizure, the Patriot Act, deploying federal troops on US soil, warrant less wiretaps, the indefinite imprisonment of persons without charge, a seemingly endless list of government activities that we are told are being done in the name of a war on "terror" against an enemy that has no borders or face that can never be clearly defined or clearly won or lost that allow the government to suspend indefinitely the rule of law all in the name of keeping us safe? Unthinkable? Unconstitutional? Well yeah but that hasn't stopped them yet.
