((((Robin))))...it's been DAMN to long g/f!!! May I ask...who is the gentleman in the pic with you? It's a damn 25-year-old love story...wanna hear it?!  DAMN straight I do!...Spill it g/f! *just got home from work...I am so beat!*  Okay, Damn, sorry it took me so long to get back to this... Don't know if any of you have a 'one that got away', a love from the past that you never forgot. I did...I do. It was 25 years ago. We were both just coming out of divorces, life was complicated. We were mixed up and confused, listened too much to the influences of folks around us...we split and I didn't hear from him again until about 6 weeks ago. I was searching for an article on a friend and happened upon a message board where you can leave messages for people you are searching for and there was my name! At first I thought it cannot be meant for me, but...it was, it was from that guy from 25 years ago. His name is Joe. I left my e-mail address, thinking he'll probably never even come back to this message board and see it. He e-mailed me a couple of days later. We met in California, but he has lived in K.C.,MO for the past 4 years, just an hour and half from me. We've talked on the phone, all the same feelings came flooding back. He said we were stupid, we should have never let each other go. So, we've been burnin' up the phone lines and we've gotten together once. Might be seein' him again this weekend. Don't know where we're headed, just livin in the moment and seein' where it takes us. |

DAMN pooped (((Mikey))). Tony & I are taking tomorrow off from work so we can enjoy a day TOGETHER and the International Balloon Fiesta. No school Friday, so these two days off is a very welcomed break...I will then have to work the P-T job all weekend.
