Can any one tell me how to lengthen the time my pc sits idle. If i leave my computer idle for thirty minutes or so it shuts down. How can i lengthen this time.

How can i lengthen this time. click on properties on ur desk top then click on screen saver down at the bottom should be something for ya monitor settings go in there an set it that way.

Put a screen saver on it set the time for it to kick in and your comp won't shut down.

Damn, you good. I clicked on properties, screen saver, power and found it was set for 30 minutes. Thanks a bunch
