Well, I don't mean really alone. I went out with friends last night and tonight we are going to the casino to try our luck. They are great people, but I don't have that "special" one. Birthdays have always meant a lot to me and it just is sad to spend another one without having a special person in my life. Anyone else feel that way?

I never feel alone on my birthday. My brother was born 10 years later on the same day! So we always celebrate together.
