How much do you love it or hate it when music you once loved is used in ads?

I just saw a Nissan ad..."won't you join together with the band"

I am humming it now.

No disrespect to the younger members on these boards but the truth is advertisers aren't going to use much current music in ads. They use branding instead. Ad agencies will wait till you all are forty or so to use the music you like.

That's sort of new really. Media and all...
