Going to Pikes Peak is something one has to plan (a lot) for; on nice days (weekends and weekdays alike) there is a traffic jam allll the way up the mountain, and allll the way back. I suggest driving through Woodland Park and then on through to Evergreen to view the aspen--there are probably lots of cars going that way, too, but not as many as you'll find on Pikes Peak. If you're not into driving: Garden of the Gods, of course! I hope this was helpful. yours in Chaos, Scarlett

Garden of the God's.......so much closer, so much easier and, noooooooo altitude sickness. I can't take it up there. It make's me feel horrible!
