Good Morning everyone, Cat how is the not smoking going? Morning Don. The no smoking is going well. 5 weeks and still smoke free. Think I definatly have it licked now. How's your daughter doing?

My daughter just called and said that her cyst is gone. The medication worked. Her headaches are getting better. I am sure glad that she is feeling better. Thank you all for caring so much

Good Morning everyone, How is everyone this morning. It is a little cool here this morning but I think supposed to be around 80 this afternoon. I sure do wish this weather would settle down like fall. I took a flu shot a couple of weeks ago and I have a cold and possibly a touch of bronchitis. I sure hope not.

I had one flu shot about 3yrs ago and it did the same thing to me. Haven't taken the shot since. I'll just take my chances on getting the flu. Don't get as sick as I did when I had the shot.

I never turn down coffee (((flame)))), good news about your daughter don, so glad to hear it. Hope you get to feeling better. I signed up to get a flu shot at work but they haven't gotten around to letting anyone know when they are starting the dispensing of them.

I have taken the flu shot for the past several years. Never get sick after taking it but OMG, we all got sick with the flu last Spring. They quarentined the nursing home for 3 weeks because of it. We lost 11 residents because of it...it was awful. I was out of work for the whole week when I was sick with it.

It takes me down for about 3-4 days. Just makes me feel like a mack truck has run me over lol.

Since I started these supplements, 6 yrs ago, I have not gotten another flu shot & have had a better quality of life, than when I did. Runny nose but no knock down colds like I used to get. It is all about "proper nutrition" & science proves it.

I have taken a flu shot every year fro about 8 years now. I have COPD so it is a must that I don't get the flu if I can help it. It is not a real bad cold. I am just a little congested. I think it will play out in a couple of days. I am not bed riiden because of it. I am still out and about. If our weather would stabilize one way or the other it would help. The temp here fluctuates from one day to the next. We are 65 here this morning. Tomorrw we are suppoed to be in the low 50's

Never had a flu shot in my life and one thing I should also get is a pneumonia shot. I just had pneumonia again a couple weeks ago. Was the fourth time since 1998. I should really start looking after myself.
