I have had that thought in mind several times over the years.

Seems like sexualy attraction tends to be variable with age.

As kids we love everybody, then teens seem to be kind of variable and you start to develope definite ideas of what attracts you. I think there is a period of experimentation but I don't know that is really attraction as much as just breaking free of other's dictateing to you. (On TV or that sort of venue I think it is strictly publicity or attention seeking because their personal lives are in shambels maybe even addicted.)

I think by the time you are in your middle twenties you should know what you want and settle into it. No apoligies and for criminey sakes at least be honest with the people in your life that matters. Your folks know or should. Yea it is still a scarey proposition given the predjudice that exists in the world but the truth is a lot easier to cope with than a lie. Don't mess up someone elses head by pretending to be something your not. I think it bites that gay people are still wondering if they are going to be able to marry and stay married to the people they want to be committed to but if they want to be married and make all the paper work easier on everybody else to see them as a patnership than get on with it. My thing is protect the children. They have a right to know their families are stable and protected.

I think some where around your late 40-50's the reality that the old body is not the center of the sexual universe finally kicks in again and it is possible that sexual attraction becomes more gender neutral. You are attracted to a person's personality and how they treat you. I think some of the switching sides is an attempt to pretend to be young and hip and retaliate but then I also think with the tremendous consequences that exist for gay people some people do try to be what they are not.

Having worked around seniors I am surprised how sexuality tends to still have a place and can make or break a persons spirit even when modesty and decorum have long gone by the way side.

I personally and decidely attracted to men. Sorry folks I am not real comfortable with the straight term. I think it still has a conatation of being superior and I don't buy that mentality. But;if you can find a extreamly masculine appearing, hairy, deep voiced over six foot family oriented artistic woman any easier than I have found a man then I might be interested lol .
