take a multi-vitamin everyday. or at least get a lot of vitamin c. It will help keep your immune system up.

The disinfecting hand sanitizers are actually better than soap/water. Many people do not wash correctly or for the length of time required to kill germs.

Keep your work area and surfaces clean. In the bathroom, use paper towels to turn faucets on and off and when you exit the bathroom use a paper towel on the door knob...we all know not everyone washes their hands after using the restroom.

Echinacea can be very helpful for keeping colds away - as long as you don't have an autoimmune disease.

Garlic and vitamin C. You can buy those garlic in pill form so you do not stink of it all the time. And add in those hand sanitizers.

Lots of vitamin "C", lots of hand sanitizers and go buy ZICAM, it will stop a cold before it gets you. I use that and it is awesome

Wear a surgical mask, goggles and latex gloves, don't put your hands to your mouth without disinfecting them first, and don't assume that just because someone is no longer symptomatic of a cold that they are not still producing a lot of viruses | |
