Maybe not the best place to fine a date.
But I don't rule it out completley.

Never in my dept. though.

So it seems that everyone agrees that it's not a good idea.

If you were a "supervisor", how would you handle the situation of two employees dating?

If I were the Supervisor, I would write a policy:

All Employees,

Effective Immediately, NO HANKY PANKY allowed.

as long as they don't carry on at work what difference does it matter who they date after hours?

I met my ex-husband at work. I leave the details of that situation to the imagination.

Ok? As long as one doesn't supervise the other it's generally 'ok'. Not the best place to get involved, for obvious reasons.

Most of the women that I have dated I have met through work. As long as everyone is professional about it, it's fine. But is it worth the risk? It's worked out fine for me but I've seen many situations that were very bad.
