I know how that goes, the meds I am on haven't kicked in to make me sleep right either, but hopefully soon they will.
Oh I am so happy about Jackie,  sorry that you missed her steps. Please tell her I am thinking about her and praying for her recovery And have you been to the doctor about this cold you have? I am doing okay, been working in my yard trying to get all of my flowers planted for the fall. Finally finshed except for a couple of rose-of-sharon bushes and I am done for the season. Should make next yeat a little bit easier. I went to the doc Thursday afternoon and am loaded up with meds...hate taking the dang stuff cuz it is nasty and I seem to fall asleep long before I want to and then wake up once it starts wearing off at this ungodly hour of the day! {{{cyn}}} hi and how are you. How is Jackie and are you feeling better? Here is your coffee  Good Morning!  Thanks so much for the coffee, Merle,not feeling better is the reason I'm up, coughing so much I can't sleep. As for Jackie...she took 60 steps today, I couldn't be happier with that, seems such a small feat but enormous in our eyes. Thanks for asking. Unfortunately I wasn't there to see this because what I thought was a summer cold has turned into walking pneumonia so not going anywhere near Jackie till I have the ok from my doc. How are you? |

I had rose-of-sharon bushes when I moved in, just cut the baby plants off and plant them. Try going on-line looking for Four Seasons nurseries, you might be able to get them there. As a matter of fact, I will see If I can find out more info for you. And I have found they are real hearty and you can plant them up until October and they will grab root real quick. As well, plant them where they have room to grow, they get hugs. I have one in my back yard that is huge. Jusr cut them back in the fall and watch them grow

You seem to love your outdoors work and all the flowers as much as I do. I bought a few plants earlier in the week and thought I would get them planted this weekend but not going to happen. I have watered them and really hope they'll be ok in those pots a few more days.

What kind of plants are they?
Yes, I do love working outdoors, always have. I have my yard done and I am going to take pictures to send to Storm, so I will send you a few. I worked hard and I am so proud of what I have done.
