I just received the postage and the shipping material to send my laptop in for repair. I thought that when they said they were sending the shipping materials it was just going to be a box, packing material, and the shipping label. Nope. They went one step further and even sent me the TAPE! That made me laugh.

Wow, can't beat that I still had to use my own tape. The stuff they sent me was wet and stick tape, and well I think I wet it a bit too much cause it was not doing the sticking part.
