Someone went into my office sometime last night and stole my digital camera. OMG I'm pissed I friggin HATE theives

I've got my housekeepers on the hunt for it in guest rooms. Obviously we cant go thru people's personal items, suitcases, things like that. But if it's out in the open... I will be reclaiming what's mine.

that's bad...i've had that crap happen at work too. we have to lock everything up now...they write us up for everything.

I would put money down that it wasn't one of my staff members. These are people that have found cash on the ground and turned in. There was also a note from the girl last night that some guy was standing by my office and when she walked by him, he hurried up and went upstairs to his room. She doesn't know who he was tho...

Ohhhh I was thinking more like night maintenance or such. Have you posted signs? Offered a reward? (Which you totally don't have to pay) I'm thinking if the person who took it wants money they would turn it in and say they "found" it and hope for the money. Then you can say thanks for being a good citizen, have a nice day.

That's awful!! It amazes me that people even think in that direction.
Off topic, I know, but on the news last night, someone happened to have a video recorder running in a parking lot, caught a guy keying someone's car. Usually I think of snotty brats doing it for sport. THE OFFENDER WAS A MAN AROUND 55 YEARS OLD!!!! That just BLEW my mind that a responsible, normal looking, well groomed man that age could behave so!!!! And, NOW, the video of him DOING it was on ALL THREE MAJOR TV STATIONS here!!!
