they say that you should not try to go to bed until you are very tired as you said you were, as to why you wake up with energy, maybe it has to do with your mind still being here lily???

Its the couch thing.......I have great sleeps on my couch!!! Then I will wake up and go to bed and its just not the same.......

happens to me too sweets... every time I lie down to sleep it takes forever but while I'm at the computer or reading something for work I start feeling drowsy...
