What is the best way to get rid of a cold?? I keep sneezing, feel tired, coughing... lovely picture i'm painting lol But don't feel like i have a full on cold - yet. Any ideas to help me??

I've used that Zircam (something like that) and I think it does work.

I use Tylenol Severe Cold....REALLY works for me...and the non drowsy formula does not give you the jitters or the feeling of being drugged up...just simple relief

I've not heard of zircam or nyquil. are they just parecetamol? I've not thought of zinc what does that do?? thanks.

is that so i dont remember i have a cold lol Nah, I discovered it on accident while I was in the Marines. Humping the hills in southern california in december in the rain is just no fun... Mud, colder than hell, just plain nasty. Got pretty damned sick from all of that went out and got the whiskey and beer. Next morning the cold was GONE.
