Try some saline spray, that is what I use when mine act up, you can buy it anywhere. It worked for me Woo hoo Grammy! I envy you, I need a vacation desparately So far so good on my week, Merle! I have got to find something to deal with my sinuses, though

My allergies are just really acting up this year, worse than usual and my usual courses of action aren't working as well. Oh well, I think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get antihistamines and run the risk of constant nosebleeds.

I have nosebleeds all the time from mine, and I don't think anything on the market will protect us from the problems with sinuses. Thanks Grammy! The only thing that works, most of the time, is sudafed, if I can keep my sinuses from swelling, I'm generally ok. But, I ran out of the "real" stuff and haven't had a chance to hit a pharmacy yet.
