idont mind being home alone so much as allen working so many hours at this stage of his life we dont get younger we get older his boss dosent see that i guess i just worrie to much about allen

no, sad to say, bosses generally don't see much. I guess if it is or becomes a problem with Allen and/or you, it'll be up to Allen to say he can't do those kinds of hours anymore. Not easy but it's doable.

iv been telling allen to speak up for about maybe a year now but hes so quit and dosent talk much to begin with so he just dose what they want i just worrie about heart atc. or stroks

Well, I wouldn't worry so much about things you can't control Though I know it's hard not to. Just take care of him the best you can when he's at home and that's about all you can do
