DAMN...FINALLY!!! This place was getting very lonely...morning (((Patti))).

this place has been damn slow for a few days

DAMN...tomorrow is Sunday! My youngest daughter and her husband are due to arrive back in the states after a 2 month long missionary trip to the Republic of Kiribati. Just wish I was able to welcome her back with open arms I moved from WA state a week after the left for the Kiribati Islands.

Well friends, I gotta go brush my pearly whites and get my shoes on...gotta go feed Mocha before clocking in at work at 9:00. Ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY!!!

Nothings wrong. I really couldnt think of anything to say with the word damn in it....so i just said that. It makes me giggle.

I have this in a thread in "Computer/Technology" forum but for those of you who do not venture into those Forums...

So, I was having issues with my computer, turns out I had two trojans on it, but in the process I also discovered a safe. free registry cleaner through Microsoft. It's the first one I found that will scan AND repair without asking for money before they fix the issues. It does offer a free 90-day trial when the scan and repair is done.

AVAST, anti virus program I use now found one trojan but I went to Trend Micro and got another free scan and repair. It found the other trojan and fixed additional registry files and deleted 'profiling' files.... files that track your internet usage. This scan is a deep scan and takes a while but it is highly worth it...

We all know about dumping temp internet files through Iternet Properties, but a computer repairman I talked with yesterday showed me how to get rid of a bunch of others...

Go to Start, run and then type ..... %temp% this will bring up other temp files you do not need that you can delete.

Before you run any scan, dump temp files and recycle bin so the scans won't take quite so long.

I gotta tell ya, my computer works as well now as it did when it was new.
