Actions speak so loudly,
Compared to single words,
Actions show just how one feels,
Words can go unheard.

Miscommunication,
Leads one to dispair,
Actions looked upon wisely,
Show me that you really care.

I tell myself to read the signs,
The ones along the way,
When I do not hear from you,
Tomorrow is one more day.

With many lies from another,
My ears have just gone deaf,
I'd rather look for signs,
Make life right instead of left.

So if you find me seeking,
Some sign to find you're near,
You know it has to do with the past,
A lesson I now hold dear.

Too many words are spoken,
Without any real heart,
I know I need the real thing,
To make a brand new start.
