I was asked today to baby-sit my grand daughter; what gets me is that about the only time I get to see her is when they need a sitter. Anyone else have this problem?

I will be doing the "grands" this week- end. I am looking forward to it. I am taking the g'daughter to see "High School Musical" tomorrow afternoon and am looking forward to that.

Do you ever ask to see them at another time? I love having my grandkids around, they remind me of what unconditional love is all about!

I am lucky, I get to see my "kids" anytime I want. They live close enough, I could see them every week, if I wanted. I do like "MY" time!!!

Every grandparent (just about) has that "problem". 2 of my grands are across the street. Love 'em, love spending time w/them, but when I'm otherwise involved, I call their folks to "Baby Sit!" What the heck...it works!

Mine are half way across the country. But in a few yrs, the will be here. Meantime a friend shares her's with me.

I have epathy for those who cannotsee your grand-babies! if its any help. I can double as a grandchild Ive done it Befor So hi granpapa/Gram,I have a large extendened family and im cute and cuddly.of course Koolaid 9/15/08,

My weekend with the kids was a "blast". The HSM on Ice was fun and exciting for Samantha and myself.
