thank you suz. i wrote a letter to his teacher last night asking explaining the situations to her. we are afraid that he will begin acting up at school soon, so we are asking that if any problems arise that she call us immediatly.

I'm going to call the school today and see if there are any counslers at the school. We really can't afford to take him to one, but we know he needs it.

Patrick is aware that his mommy is very sick right now, and that we are trying to get her help so that she can get better. Right now she is homeless and not getting any sort of help. Her brother is going to go to the courts today and see about filing a petition to get her commited. We know that until she is ready she won't give the drugs up, but maybe atleast this will help her to realize she has a problem and she can start to help herself.

We are planning on a trip this weekend. They have a place called Fun City where his mom, brother and sister live. I think that will help. We are going to go down Friday night, and see if we can't get his brother and sister for Saturday, even if for only a few hours. They have an indoor waterpark, bowling, and just all kinds of stuff.

Once we get there, if we can contact his mother and see what kind of shape she is in, we may allow him to see her. Of course, we won't leave him alone with her, she will have to find a way, or Ryan will pick her up and bring her to the hotel where she can spend some time with them. Her other two kids are currently living with her mom since their dads are not in the picture, but I'm not sure if she has seen them in the last couple weeks. We'll have to talk to Grammy and see if she wants the others to see her.

I dunno... it's gonna be a long week before Friday though, Ryan has to bust his arse to get a side job done so we can get paid so that we can go. That leaves me here to deal with everything myself, and if it's anything like last night, man oh man... I gave up, I sat here in a daze and just tried not to cry. :) Me and stress do not get along. I'm trying my damnedest though. I have not flipped out yet though. LOL I need someone at work to piss me off so I can scream and yell at them and take out some aggervation! OR!!!! anyone need a wall in their home demoed? I've taken down all the walls that I can in this house! Swinging a hammer into a wall is a great stress remover!
