my world came over to my boyfriends today to see me, and I cant begin to tell you how much I miss her. When she went to leave I started to cry and she is only an hour away from me. I moved in with my boyfriend because it was more convient for the finances and she is fine with it. I just miss her so much, YES we talk everyday, before I go to work and after I get off. Its just not the same as when we were in the same house.tears tears

I know what you mean...I lived 40 minutes away from my kids for a year and it nearly crippled me. Now that I am back, I have calmed tremendously and know that they were fine without me but ...I just don't know if I could do it again...would take an amazing love to enable me to ever do it again

I keep telling myself that this is normal, but it is really hard to get use to.

You will adjust, that is a very difficult time. It will get easier as time goes on.

I dont think it is easy with any amount of time that passes, I just think that we occupy our time better, is all.

My eldest boy is 23, and left home to begin his adventures at 16....

My eldest girl is nearly 20 and she moved 18 hours away a year ago....

Do I miss them? Hmmmmm... no I guess not..... do I love them?

Yes, with every ounce of my being...

But I don't own them, my job was to raise them..
