Recently, I seen an elderly neighbor on a ladder trimming some trees across the street and it scared the heck outta me so I went over and asked him if he wanted me to do it and he said no. So I stood back and kept a watch on him with my phone in hand in case he got hurt.Thankfully everything turned out okay.

My dad had a whole workshop and he never cut off his fingers, he did fall off the roof of our house though. My brother cut off his finger though on a saw, but they sewed it back on... Just put it on ice for him when he does it, he'll never do it again.

It is all part of a male thing. A few battle scars from our projects, tells us we are still alive, good bragging rights also. yeah my dad owns a ropad construction company, dropped a few oil drums on our toes over the years, no biggy

I'm a Dad. We''ll be ok, stop worrying about us. These are our toys. can't help it.... anytime he uses a power tool I worry, he already nailed his hand to a 2x4 before.. OMG .. and I bet he'd be mortified knowin you did this thread about his power tool incapabilities. Dang girl

Oh definitely DO NOT go watch him! That's bound to make him nervous, and that's when accidents are likely to happen! If you are a praying person, send up a prayer or two. If you are not, well, this might be a good time to start!

Doubt if you weigh more than most of them, but do have some special tools for fastening things down & some that might create some GREAT vibrations.
