The thing is I see alot of people complaining (not saying you are nicennaughty) about how people should never ever judge a book by it's cover. You should always look at the inner beauty. You don't know what you could be missing... and so on and so on... However, I have yet to see them dating the ugliest person on the block cause she's got a great personality.

everyone has their attractions. Whether you think they are shallow or not, you won't just simply date whoever comes along. There has to be something that attracts you to them, physically. Otherwise everyone would just date anyone. why would that be such a bad thing as long as people were smart about it? I never said there was anything wrong with it... I just don't think physiology being the primary attraction is healthy. If you find someone your attracted to on the inside, most of the time the outside appearance wont matter. Our society is ridiculous with it's ideals of attraction. Someone missed the class on beauty being within, not without. |

Your own reflection in the mirror over the years helped define who you are now. Why do you hold it against people if they do the same looking at you? I answered your question, and it was a resounding yes. It's not really open for discussion. Whether you hold it against people or not, and I'm sure you have and are sort of insinuating such a thing, is entirely irrelevant. DUDE, WHY WOULDN'T IT BE OPEN FOR DISCUSSION? AM I INSINUTATING ANYTHING? JUST ASKING A QUESTION IS ALL, I SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT,, THANK YOU FOR YOUR OPINION ALTHOUGH IT DOES SEEM A LITTLE CLOSE MINDED,, BUT, THAT IS YOU,, AND I ACCEPT YU FOR THAT.. AS FAR AS JUDGIN A BOOK BY ITS COVER.. LEMME TELL YA,, I AM A DAMN GOOD READ!!! Just because something is fact doesn't mean it's closed-minded. Why can't you see that this isn't something that needs to be conceptualized? People judge each other in ways they aren't even conscious about, the same way we judge ourselves. Everything defines who we are, especially the way we look and how we look to others. |

WHY IS IT THAT YOU CAN TALK TO SOMEONE,, GET TO KNOW THEM, AND ALL THAT NONSENSE, BUT, WHEN THEY REALIZE YOU HAVE TATTOOS, A PAST, ARE A BIT OVERWEIGHT,, **** CHANGES? DO APPEARANCES REALLY DEFINE WHO WE ARE? I am a little overweight, people see that. I have a past, who doesn't. I have several tattoos & piercings, I tell everyone, some people don't like them I happen to love them. If someone wants to hold that against me, their loss not mine. |

That's a very good question.
 It tells you a lot about THEM and what is really on their mind. 1.)Maybe they want a trophy wife.  2.)They care more about what you look like than who you are. 3.)The want perfection, according to their specs... which means real trouble. JB |
