I'm having random trouble tonight with the different Mingle2 pages either loading exteremely slow, or not loading at all - just the Mingle 2 heading with a black page. It's happening more randomly than the glitch earlier this week.
Anyone else having this problem tonight? |

I think it's more than just heavy traffic (even tho' I hope I'm wrong).
The site is acting an awful lot like it did a few nights ago when more than a few "Minglers" thought the site had crashed. |

Thanks for letting us know folks. We are working on a fix and should have something in place shortly. Hopefully you should see some improvements by the end of day tomorrow.

OK, we just launched some changes that hopefully should make every page load a bit faster. Let us know if it seems any better or not.

The pages do seem to be loading a little faster, and there are no glitches for me as of this writing - and right now, this is a high-traffic time of day/week, and I'm on a dial-up. Thanks! |

I'm having loading problems. It has taken over 5 minutes to open an email (when it does open, otherwise I get "internet explorer can't display").
Is a fix on the way? |

danielrr4, there have been periods of slowness over the last day. We are monitoring the performance more closely because of this. It has improved over the past few hours.

Thanks for the response but the problem still exists. I even had the site freeze up totally. The only button on my computer that I could use was start. My girlfriend said it took her 22 minutes to open a one line email from me, so I'm not alone. I even had to backtrack to get this forum up as I got the "internet explorer can not..." message trying to open this page. ?

Yeah, there was another slow streak a short while ago. We made an adjustment which seems to be working. We're not in a position to promise that the site will always be fast, but we are certainly doing all we can.
