So I'm at work and we have a commercial washer... I went to grab something from on top of the washer and got shocked
  and me... so I called the maintanence guy in to look at it and of course... nothing happens. So me, being as hard headed as I am, decided to touch it again and it really shocked me bad who the hell gets shocked toching the top of a washer?? Maybe it's just m electric personality

carefully unplug it and call a repairman!
there is a short and it could really hurt you. if you can't unplug it without touching it then turn off the circuit breaker first!! but seriously someone could get seriously hurt.

You have a major wiring issue-with the washer.
You have a short or a worn wire that is in contact with the metal surface. |
