perfection??? You sound like my friend who is 300 lbs and reminisces of when she was 15 and 130 lbs.......
If its psychical beauty you want.....you have to want it bad enough to get there again......self motivation........ya its hard.......really hard!!! But it can be done.......if you want it bad enough!!! In fact......in all aspects of life......if you want something bad enough you will use every ounce of your being to get it!!! I know.....Ive done it many times!!
