Let's see... I am going to have to think about this one a while, there
are so many thigns I would do...

one law? to institute back the Constitution of the Untited States.. My
opinion is,that over all of the decades since it was written, we have
allowed people (law makers) to minipulate those constituions from there
original meaning into many other meanings.. for every right that we were
givin we now have so many laws under each one that is has munipulated
the original text. Example ( kids can not say pledge alligance in school
with the phrase under god) why? is says it on our money.. but we can
burn our flag? freedom of speech is only if it is fair to everyone..??
The decline of modern civilization? These are only questions and
opionions.. Not meant to offend anyone. Just wanted to post a thought

yup i agree. example.. second amendmendment.... yet we have thousands of
Gun laws. every one is unconstitutional on its face.
also which amendmedt gives them the "right" to tax citizens??? It
takes 2/3 of the states to ratify a possible amendment and no one can
find one state that ratified that amendment.

do you know that the constitution was purpously written in 8th grade
language? you dont have to be a lawyer to understand it contrary to
popular opinion and the so called constitutional lawyers.

I would bring back home evry single National Guardsmen that is deployed
(I would replace them with whoever I had to but they would come home
immediately). And never again would the NAtional Guardsman deploy
oveseas. The whole "homeland security act" would be abolished.
If you read the provisions for the military and such you will see the
National guard is what was originally our state militiamen, designed to
protect our state against CIVIL WAR. Provisions were made to allow the
National Gaurdsmen to deploy ONLY within their own state or an
immediately connected state for reasons of state emergency.
Also the reserves aree just that. They are the BACKUP IN CASE ALL HELL
HITS THE FAN. We need to send in our highly trained and ready force
(active) first. That is why they are active. Each Active duty unit has
a sister unit in the reserves. When the active unit deploys the sister
unit is supposed to mobilize, and PREPARE to go IF NEEDED TO SAVE THE
ASSES OF OUR REGULAR ARMY. They were never intended to be our first
line of attack/defense.

ammunition. Think about that for a minute, lol...

but I do agree with you. Too many constitutional laws have been
amended, and I honestly dont feel it was amended legally.

constitutional argument in court? I have a friend who tried to use it on
a gun violation. The Judge said " that was an excellent constitutional
argument, one of the best i have heard. Guilty.

the point. It can still be used as a weapon. We were never given the
right to bear ammunition; only to bear arms. And besides which, if you
look at it and read it word for word, it has nothing to do with weapons,

I don't even know if I could sum it up in one law. But tooooo many laws
have been passed to 'up' the anty and totally contradic previous laws so
that we don't have original laws for our constition. ( The removal of
freedom). This has been going on for years to take away our rights, and
make 'Them' richer.(It must be nice to vote in a new raise, and we the
people have no choice but to pay it.)

I wish we could have something like that cause i am sick and tired of
being the Vetrans Adminstration lab rat. YOu know they send us there to
either de-program us after we come back or if we are sick they give us
pills and pray they work then charge our medicare an arm and a leg. Tell
us mumble jumble i need a real doctor to tell me what the hell i've been
taking all these years cause i am still seeing RED.

I don't understsand alot also.. to be a lawyer it takes 6-8yrs? A child
could memorize the constitution in a week.. you know I mean it was plan
and simple.. we have fought so many battles right here on this soil to
protect that piece of paper(which that is all it is now sorry to say)
but at the same time raging war with laws that have in a way destoryed
it.. It like hey we escaped tyrany but in a way established it back.. we
are invading other countries.. didn't england do that way back when..??
