Topic: Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup of sugar 1 cup of peanut butter 1 egg 2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring Mix well. Drop by teaspoon full onto cookie sheet. Press down gently on them with a fork. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool completely before rmoving from cookie sheet. ENJOY

I lost this recipe. Thank you. All though I do not remember it ever having vanilla in it. Guess it is optional.
