I actually met a great guy on there a few years back when I lived in Rhode Island. Of course, he was from Ohio (but lived in Providence)..... I laughed and laughed. That was where I moved from and where I live now. The site is unusual as you buy credits, and use them to send IM requests and mails to those you're interested in. There is no membership fee, per se.
