Email problem!
I have had to try several different approaches to opening my email and SEEING what was written by the back and forth buttons...This has been happening for awhile.
Now it opens but all the words have disappeared...I have tried to refresh, flipping back and forth buttons, going back to my account page and even back to my main home page.......
Is this ever going to have the bugs worked out????

I am having the same problems with my e-mail.

I thought it was my computer.

I have not experienced that problem, but i'm hearing this from others as well. I will pass this on to the Admins.

Meanwhile, you can highlight the page by pressing control and A and you should be able to read any text on the page.

To return to normal, just click any empty space on the page or exit.

I'm not having e-mail problems

I was having the problem over the weekend but I emailed Charles and he fix it right away.

Never had an e-mail problem with either JSH or Mingle2.

For those experiencing this odd problem (not able to read the body of the email after opening it), please email me. In your email, include the operating system and browser version that you are using. Also, please be sure to specify the problem.

Yes, please send us as much information about what's happening when you experience this problem as possible. We cannot reproduce this error ourselves, so if you are seeing this issue, the more you can tell us, the better. Specifically:

- Exactly what page is it happening on?
- Can you describe in great detail what the problem is that you are experiencing? It's a little hard to understand exactly what's happening from the reports we've received so far.
- What operating system and browser are you using?

I am using Microsoft Internet Explorer, I have Windows XP, I have NOT had a problem until this last couple of weeks. But I have to say that I opened two emails this morning and they were readable...no disappearing acts noted!
This has been happening when I go to my "Mail" page.
The problem is when I click on the email sent to me it opens and the words disappear. I have to hit refresh or the back and forth buttons to catch glimpses of what I received. Funny thing is that the emotiocons are there but the words are gone..........
