depends how you cook it. a properly prepared roast, can be cut with the handle of a knife!!!! turkey can dry out also......but just add a lil vinegar to each serving to moisten and bring out the flavor.... I was talking about lunch meat... |

because beef doesn't hold in moisture like turkey or ham do....hey...I said moisture ![]() ![]() ![]() why? the fibers in beef are more pourous then in turkey or ham...hense, why they are more....moist ![]() ![]() ![]() If the fibers were more pourous it would hold more water... so that therory is out the window.... |
