I bought a GPS from a friend who was tight on money for $80 it was a $200 GPS system.

I used it a few times, didn't like it because it wouldn't recognize highways, so I decided to sell it on Ebay...

I listed it at $50 or $100 buy it now. Some guy bought it in like 5 minutes for $100 he got it and then told me it was used (it stated used less than 10 times in the add) he wanted me to refund him $60, of which I declined. I offered to return it for him for full refund even shipping if he wasn't happy with it.

The deadline came on paypal and he didn't return it and kept sending me nasty-grams. Then he gave me a bad rating based on him not returning the GPS by the deadline that paypal gave him...10 days.

I hate people like that, I only have 2 bad ratings with a score of 143 so it's not that big of a deal, but sheeeeesh what did this guy want from me?

Sounds to me like a scammer and just wanted his money back. There are lots of people doing that on there now.

He wanted your money, evidently!!! He saw the caveat emptor info that it was USED LESS THAN 10 TIMES. It's his problem, but he got crap all over you with the rating. Sorry!! WE KNOW YOU'RE FIVE STAR!!!

Most people are all right. They just dont leave feedback. My ratings 100% with 446 feedbacks. Out of probally 1200 sales.

As a seller I stopped leaving feedback until I get feedback...
