Do I need to include in my profile that I want to take it slow and am not looking to marry the first man that bites?? It seems like every e-mail I get is overly gushing and complimentary... and then when we IM... these guys immediately begin asking if I want to be married and have kids any time soon... I just want to know if you like to laugh and get midnight tans in a first chat. When a man mentions the M word in the first contact, it scares most women--- like me-- makes us think he is way too desperate. Why do men do this? Are they serious, or is this just some insane bait they think women will gobble up?

These are usually the scammers associated with the multi million dollar emails you get...from other countries...I have run across 5 on here...all the same thing....report and block
